BlackButtonStock is a premium digital library specializing in AI-generated, high-quality images that authentically represent the African Diaspora. Our platform provides 4K resolution images designed specifically for entrepreneurs, marketers, agencies, and creatives who want to incorporate authentic cultural representation into their visual content.

2. What are your membership tiers and pricing?

We offer three distinct tiers:

• Snap Tier ($99 per collection): One-time download of 10 images, perfect for specific projects
• Loop Tier ($499/year, $599 after launch): Access to 50 collections plus 3 new collections (30 images) monthly
• Enterprise/Agency Tier ($2,999/year): Unlimited downloads with full commercial rights, access to 50 collections plus 5 new collections (50 images) monthly

3. What are the usage rights for each tier?

Snap & Loop Tiers (No Commercial Rights):

• Can use for: Social media posts, blog content, website content, email marketing
• Cannot use for: Paid advertising, product packaging, or commercial resale

Enterprise/Agency Tier (Full Commercial Rights):

• Can use for everything in Snap & Loop tiers plus:
• Advertising campaigns
• Product packaging
• Commercial printing
• Corporate branding
• Large-scale marketing campaigns

4. What happens to my images if I cancel my subscription?

• Snap Tier: You retain access to your purchased collections permanently
• Loop & Enterprise Tiers: You’ll need to either stop using the images or purchase a Lifetime Access License to continue using previously downloaded images
• All tiers lose access to new monthly collections upon cancellation

5. What is the image quality and format?

All images are provided in:

• 4K resolution
• 300 DPI
• JPEG format
• Suitable for both digital and print use

6. How often do you add new content?

New collections are added monthly:

• Loop Tier receives 3 new collections (30 images) per month
• Enterprise/Agency Tier receives 5 new collections (50 images) per month

7. Can I use the images for paid advertising?

Only Enterprise/Agency Tier members can use images for paid advertising and commercial purposes. Snap and Loop Tier members cannot use images in paid advertisements or commercial campaigns.

8. What is a Lifetime Access License?

A Lifetime Access License is a one-time fee that allows Loop and Enterprise Tier members to continue using their previously downloaded images after canceling their subscription. Without this license, you must cease using the images when your subscription ends.

9. Can I resell or redistribute the images?

No, reselling or redistributing BlackButtonStock images is strictly prohibited across all tiers. Images remain the property of BlackButtonStock, and unauthorized redistribution is not permitted.

10. Do you offer custom solutions for specific business needs?

Yes, if you need exclusivity or extended commercial usage rights beyond our standard Enterprise/Agency Tier, please contact us for custom license agreements at support@blackbuttonstock.com.
